CumbernauldRachel spent a fascinating day going around Cumbernauld with performance artist Rachael Clerke, discussing the post war New Town Architecture as part of the research project for Beton Brute. Paul Samuel White filmed the discussions as we walked around the town. The end result is a short film – click here to view. Beton Brute will be  a drag satire about concrete architecture and masculinity. Find out more about it by visiting Rachael’s website. It will premiere at Camden People’s Theatre, London, on the 16th & 17th of October 2015. The project is supported by Arts Council England, Bristol Old Vic Ferment, Camden People’s Theatre, The Chichester ShowRoom, Trinity Centre, Bristol and The Bike Shed, Exeter.
